The firm develops projects aimed at preparing, adopting and updating organization, management and control models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 on corporate criminal liability. Furthermore, the firm  assists its clients in case of criminal proceedings involving entities and concerning criminal offences included in mentioned legislative decree 231/2001. The partners of the firm are members of 231 supervisory boards of several Italian companies.
