Pierenrico Scalettaris mainly focuses on criminal law, assisting his clients in criminal proceedings.

Ha acts as sole arbitrator and chairman of arbitral tribunals in arbitration proceedings concerning corporate and civil law.

Before joining Buonocore Galletti Zoppolato Avvocati, he was an associate in two law firms based in Udine.

Pierenrico Scalettaris graduated at the law schools of the University of Udine in 2007, at 23, with a dissertation on the introduction in the Italian constitution of the principle of reasonable duration of judicial proceedings.

He is enrolled at the Italian bar – District of Udine, since 2010.

From 2015 to 2018 he served as council member of the Municipality of Udine, with responsibility regarding public works and private buildings.

He joined Buonocore Galletti Zoppolato Avvocati in 2019.
