Marco Galletti focuses his practice on civil and labour law.
He focuses also in the preparation and implementation of organizational, management and control models pursuant to mentioned Legislative Decree 231/2001. He is member of a supervisory body pursuant to mentioned Legislative Decree 231/2001 of a company based in Friuli-Venezia Giulia.
Before becoming a founding partner of Buonocore Galletti Zoppolato Avvocati, Marco Galletti was an associate in certain primary Italian law firms based in Trieste and Udine.
He served as extraordinary commissioner of the Automobile Club of Trieste in 2013-2014, appointed by Minister Piero Gnudi.
Marco Galletti is a member of the Italian association of labour lawyers (AGI – Avvocati Giuslavoristi Italiani) – section of Friuli Venezia Giulia.
He is a lecturer at law school “Scuola di legge Patavina” in Udine, where he teaches civil and labour law.
Marco Galletti graduated in law in 2008, at 24, at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan, with a dissertation on comparative labour law. In 2013 he gained a Ph.D. at Scuola di dottorato in diritto civile, internazionale e del lavoro at the University of Padua, with a Ph.D. dissertation on transitional posting of workers. He is enrolled at the Italian bar – District of Udine – since 2011.
He is author of several publications concerning labour law and civil procedural law.
