Public and private labour law

Social security issues
The firm represents and assists its clients in all litigation matters deriving from inspections of social security entities and public administrations. Moreover, the firm advises companies while establishing and managing labour relationships with employees and managers as far as social contribution issues are concerned.

Trade union law
The firm advises its clients on issues concerning trade union law and manages negotiations with trade union representatives, giving assistance also on drafting collective agreements, participating in negotiations with trade unions and on all the relevant and possible litigation.
